You can ask us to delete your Hestia account from here, without reinstalling the app. We will send a one-time code to the email address or phone number the account uses, so that only you can start this.
What goes, and when

The 180 days are a legal retention floor, not a cooling-off period we chose. We cannot promise instant erasure and will not pretend to. The audit trail keeps pointer rows only (no message content, no order detail), retained because the law requires records of what happened, not what was said. A deletion request record is itself kept for the same reason: it is the evidence that you asked, and that we honoured it.
Hestia has no paid subscription at the moment. The paid tier is switched off, so there is nothing to cancel before you delete, and nothing keeps billing you afterwards. If you think you were ever charged, write to us at support@hestia.cafe.
